Has anyone tried baking with a nut flour? I've experimented with almond flour, and a little with coconut flour. Was surprised that there was something out there like this, that acts like flour, but isn't grain-based. Surprisingly good, I've made a banana nut bread with almond flour. Very low carb option for people looking to eat low carb or carb free.
