We bought a vacation get away, and the range looked really questionable. We plan on doing a kitchen remodel-with the rest of the house, but that is at least a year off. I bought a Nuwave Oven with the idea that it will get us through.
My question is, has anyone ever baked a standard size loaf of bread in it? I have no doubts that it probably does a great job with cookies, pizza and rolls, but how is it with bread? If you have baked a standard loaf,(3- 3 1/2 cups) flour, what kind of baking vessel did you use? (Glass, metal, stoneware etc). How does it perform with whole wheat?
Advice and insights would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Poodlepet
