@Mom2Dogs  We have a small freezer i nour basement that we inherited from G'Parents. Works great, love using it. A couple of wks ago I defrosted it, yes that needed to be done! Now I'm kind of loading it back up.

Same here! It was a rainy weekend and I was hoping to bake some snickerdoodles.  However, my BFF was visiting for a few days and I had a houseful of company - so much cooking that I never got to the baking.  This weekend, rain or shine, THERE WILL BE COOKIES.

Found the pumpkin bread recipe (more like a cake consistency than bread) , and made it. Yummy. Moist, spicy - good frosted or not. I didn't frost it, but a basic buttercream frosting or sweetened whipped cream would work on this. I've also just sprinkled powdered sugar on it in the past.

Can't post a link here, but I just Googled Pumpkin recipes and this one was from "Once Upon A Chef" with Jenn Segal. 🎃
