Instead of making a one loaf pound cake or quick bread, I wanted to make two mini-loaves.

 

Would I cut the baking time half?  I can't find anything.

I wouldn't change anything but keep a close eyeball at the end of the baking time.  When the top of loaf is browned - stick a toothpick in the center of the mixture. If it comes out dry - take out of oven........if it's still a little soupy - give it more time.

I have found that if the mini pan is the same depth, your cooking times will be almost the same.  I agree you need to check it as it cooks.

I agree with the above posters.

 

It's going to be about the same baking time.

When you see it start to pull away from the sides of the pan, you are there.

yeah, keep eye on it and don't dry out by over baking would be my guess
