I have tried baking my cornbread in my 8" Technique skillet (same as they do on 'In the Kitchen w/ David'. However, mine does not come out in one piece. Actually it breaks up into many crumbles.
I thought maybe I had not cooled it long enough the first time so I let it cool about 15 minutes today. Worse yet! I couldn't even cut this one. When I tried to use a silicon spatuala to loosen the bottom...it just broke into a zillion pieces.
I do not use anything to 'grease' the pan. Technique says it is not good to spray it.
So what do u do???
TIA
Blessings,
His Grace
