I saw these on Mary's show today. What a great idea! I now save twist ties for bread, bagels and frozen food bags. They don't work that well. These sticks look interesting and easy to use. Anyone have them?

Thanks for posting this, I wanted to get them when I saw before and forgot all about it. I have a Versa Sealer, it works well but I don't always pull it out to re-seal chips or salad. For the $7 cost I'm going to try them.

@Mz iMac They're $20 on 3 EZ pay, thus ~$7.  K89003

It's 3 payments of $7, so within the first payment period I will decide to keep or return. Sorry, I was thinking with my fingers!!

@frenchie- I have a similar style bag closure that you slide through the bag and it has  a handle.  Mark Charles sold this set but I haven't seen them for a long time.  Sometimes they are hard to push through the folded bag so I ordered these to try.  They look easy enough and you don't have to slide and pull them through the folded over bag.  I hope these work.  I'll use the ones with the handled for the freezer and these for cereal bags and chips.

I tried another brand of these sealer sticks a few years ago and they weren't very useful; yes, they'll keep your bag closed, but they don't keep the contents any fresher, so you might as well just use a chip clip or even a piece of tape. I ended up donating my set.

As someone else here mentioned, I bought a Versa sealer recently and absolutely love it—simple, works perfectly every time, and definitely keeps contents airtight.

Thanks everyone for clearing up that EZ amount.

I use the magnitic clothes-pin clips.  They are all over my fridge & freezer for easy pickings.
