I had it and loved it.  No problems with it, but we are not big coffee drinkers and don't make coffee daily.  When it died, my girls put a Cuisinart in its place, and when it died last year, a Mr Coffee under $20 was my choice for a replacement.

We don't have this exact style, an older model and still $30 on Amazon. This is our second one and don't use the programmable feature but like the auto shut off. No problems with it and pours nicely.

@RedTop   It doesn't seem to have a removable water reservoir. This may be a dumb question, but how do you remove leftover water to add fresh water?

*** Just watched a YouTube Video. I guess it brews all the water you put in the reservoir** duh

I have the programmable B&D but with the stainless steel thermal pot.  I love it.  Got tired of the coffee getting "burnt" tasting sitting on the heated burner until gone.  The coffee isn't always the hottest but much fresher tasting and I can pop it in the microwave for a half minute if it's not hot enough.
