Never made them as the weather was too bad.  Had no idea about the humidity effect---thanks for that tip.

Instead we made a huge batch of peanut butter cookies.

Reason I wanted to make my own is because of of my favorite restaurants just took white bean raviolis off the vegetarian selection on the menu.  To die for!! 

I don't eat eggs and only eat organic.  So wontons wouldn't work for me.

I'm going to give it a try one of these weekends!
