As is sharp shark knife sharpener

Can anyone tell me how the as is products are on Qvc..are they still good quality and not used. Also does anyone have this knife sharpener and how do you like it? Thanks!

There is a possibility that it is used.  I've ordered many as is products and the vast majority liked like brand new.  If the price is good, I would order it.
