Gourmand here. Food is art from creation to presentation, to consumption. A well-executed dish/meal leaves one sated. I also care where and how my food is sourced. Most of what I buy is organic.

Me too, and I never heard the term "eatie" before. We all have to eat and doesn't everyone like to eat.

I guess I would be an eatie because I don't care about the background of the food, I just eat what I like.

I must be a foodie, because I cook all sorts of things that I don't eat. It's the challenge of figuring it out and learning new things that I enjoy - also it's very meditative for me. When I see the food judges on the cooking shows just diving in and eating whatever is in front of them, I feel nauseous. I could never be a food judge.

I am an Eatie... I eat healthy, but, do not care how my food looks or where it came from. I do not want fancy artistic food on plates, and when I want to eat, I want to eat.
