Re: Are You Still Spiralizing?

I thought the item Meredith presented on ITKWD Monday night looked interesting.  Makes zoodles too.  I think it was Cooks Essentials and looked like mostly plastic.  If I didn't have the Wolfgang electric  item, I probably would have ordered this item.  I make zoodles often and love them.  Great way to save on carbs.

I use the sheeter more, because it's more versatile for my kind of cooking but I do still spiralize. I like to make the finer spirals and use them to fill wraps. I like the spiralized bun just as a side dish, I don't use them as a bun I prefer the sheets for that. I use the thicker spirals in soup.

Never bought a spiralizer because I bought several different veggies spiralized by the supermarket and I found them tasteless.  Not sure why that would be, but it made me decide to use the knives I already own!

Precut vegetables never taste as good as fresh cut from whole ones.
