Are Corky's ribs beef or pork?

In the descriptions (I've read) they only call them "back ribs". I assume there are pork, but it's not indicated. Does anyone know FOR SURE?

Definitely pork. You rarely find beef ribs in TN. Mostly Texas, Central and Southern California. That's where you get 'brontosauraus' bones.

I've never seen beef ribs sold at a barbecue place in Texas. That would be unpatriotic and not greasy enough.
