April 10 Today is National Cinnamon Croissant Day

I've made plain and chocolate croissants. Takes a lot of time, but well worth it in the end. I really love the chocolate ones. I've never made cinnamon ones. Smiley Happy Smiley Happy

Wow, you make them! I'm in awe! Must be a lot of work. Are you a professional baker or a really accomplished home baker?

I taught Home Economics or now it is called Family and Consumer Sciences (FACS) for 32 years at the same school. We had 10 FACS teachers at one time. We are now down to 4 teachers now. As teachers retired they phased out their subject. We only have Culinary Classes and Foods and Nutrition classes now. Out went the clothing, housing, child care, careers and parenting classes.
