Re: Appetizer to Dessert - What is your signature menu?

Appetizer platter- salami, pepperoni, fresh mozzarella, sliced cukes, peppers and celery.

garlic and herb dip, crackers for meats and rondele  garlic and herb spread.

 

Baked Macaroni (meat and cheese) with side of meatballs, sweet and hot sausage, broccoli, and pork butt.  Italian bread.

 

Dessert - I bake a chocolate Fudge Cake with milk chocolate frosting.  I decorate it with Dark Chocolate frosting. Coffee/ tea
