Reporting back...I used it today for my red bell pepper soup...IM AMAZED!!   Wonderful,  wonderful tool.   I used it on the low setting, and the soup was smooth as can be...so easy, and fast

@pinkmochi, I have the same one from Costco and I use it quite often.  So easy to use and easy cleanup.

The next time that I hear salt and ice together, it better be in a margarita!
