Anyone returning their TSV Pressure cooker?

There has been so many problems with this. I just got done reading the 1 star reviews. It seems if you call CS, they are aware of the problems and will pay for return shipping. It also looks as if there is only 1 color left and the item page may soon go bye-bye. So, don't pay to ship it back-call customer service!
