I cannot find a phone number to speak with a representative from Genius Air Refrigerator Ionizer. I have questions. Can anyone help me? QVC customer service only has an address.

Cloverleaf, if it were me, I'd call 411 and ask for the phone number. Maybe you've already done that, though. I tried Googeling it and didn't find anything. You could use the Yellow Pages on the web and do a reverse look-up--put in the address and try for the phone number.

I thought I had tried everything with no results. I cannot use reverse phone lookup since I do not have a phone number, and really need one. This internet world doesn't make it easy finding certain information these days. I am used to the old phone books. I haven't called 411 yet, but am thinking about it. I thought that there would be some kind of information on an instruction sheet that comes with the product. However, it has been years and years since I received these and cannot find an instruction sheet. So, perhaps someone out there has an instruction sheet with the info I need. I would appreciate if you could forward this to me. Thank you.
