I have some fresh jersey corn that I wanted to make corn salad with. I found several recipes on line. Some of them say to use raw corn. I have never eaten corn raw...I've tasted it but never made anything with it without first cooking it. I'm not sure DH will be receptive!
I was wondering if anyone has done this?...and if it was good? I don't want to waste my fresh from the farm corn! Here's one of the recipes I was considering. It's from Mad Hungry with Lucinda Scala Quinn.
