I'm wondering if they live up to the claims.

Re: Anyone ever use GreenBoxes?

No. I have so much L n L I wouldn't have room for the green boxes too. Always wondered if they really work as shown.

Thanks. I have and use Tupperware normally. I have found it has the most airtight seals. Inadvertent experiment with old jello confirmed it.

Re: Anyone ever use GreenBoxes?

I was just over to HSN and was thinking of purchasing a set of the green boxes....I read the reviews....low to high and there were many not too happy with the value...many said the products didn't last any longer then the way they usually stored them...some did their own test....

Too bad...I like some of the sizes...especially the ones I could put bread in....don't want to take a chance....too much trouble to return...and costly...

Re: Anyone ever use GreenBoxes?

I find them to work well for produce, but you do have to be careful opening them because the tab isn't particularly strong. I've never had a tab break off, but I read some complaints about this. You also have to make sure that the produce is dry--I sometimes just stick a paper towel in to absorb any moisture. We got some bread bags (same brand) on Amazon that are great for homemade bread or the artisan breads from the store/bakery.
