Thanks for all of the tips. I read through several recipes before the made the one I did. I have to go the the grocery store tomorrow and will get strawberries and look for casting sugar. It's such a beautiful dessert for being made with such simple ingredients.

Caster sugar is the same as superfine sugar which is often in the drink mix aisle.
