I've ordered several Keurigs from QVC over the years for friends and family, and have always received them lightning fast; UPS Ground gets them to me overnight because they have always shipped from within my state. I ordered the TSV on 11/25 as a gift for someone and needed it by last Sat. evening (I know, I know - my EDD is 12/4 but I figured I'd have it much sooner, based on past shipments!!!). I received an email on 11/27 saying it had been shipped, but as of this morning 12/3, the tracking STILL only says "billing info received"; i.e., UPS doesn't even have it yet. Customer Service hasn't been a lot of help.
Just seems strange that no tracking has been updated in the week since it supposedly shipped out. And, of course, my credit was charged a week ago. :-)
