Anyone else going back to your old Pyrex and Corningware?

I have been a big collector of Temp-tations and I still like them and use them daily, but lately, I have been going back to my old Pyrex mixing bowls and Corningware baking pieces.

Some of it is nostalgia, but mostly they are lighter weight and easier to handle when full, especially the mixing bowls, and I never have the cracking or "crazing of glaze" issue with these old pieces. I don't think anything bakes as well as stoneware, but now that you can't soak the TT, the Corningware is just easier to use sometimes.

I've even started expanding my collections of these old brands at auctions, thrift stores, and flea markets. I have 3 different patterns of Corningware right now, and several sets of Pyrex mixing bowls in older patterns. Have started to collect and use the refridgerator dishes too. Still love my lock and lock, but when I want to pull something straight out and microwave, never like to use plastic for that.

Anyone else going back, or have you never left those old favorites. Mine got stored in the basement for a few years, and I'm so glad I never got rid of them!
