I'm a Prindables first timer too and almost cancelled.  We received our box of 10 today, so far so good.  We tried the pretzel salted caramel one and it was perfect....and easy to slice as long as you use a sharp knife!

You may want to give it a try, QVC will understand if you're not happy with them but you just might love them!

I got them and aside from being delivered late, they were still in decent shape and tasted wonderful.  I gave some away as gifts and have one left in the ice box.  I think I'll eat it this weekend.

@rockygems123...the pretzel ones were my favorite this year.  I saved those for last and gave all the other flavors as gifts before I gifted the pretzel ones.  I have one left for myself this weekend.

I haven't received mine yet, but I get one or two orders every year and I've never been disappointed.  One order is for gift-giving and the other is for me.   People now expect them every year, so I can't stop ordering them or I'll have several disgruntled friends and family members to deal with. 😀

I just got mine today and they were brown in the middle already. The quality has really gone downhill since I ordered these five years ago. I just contacted customer service. Major disappointment since I wanted to gift these.

Sorry to sound like a grump.  oh my goodness, I have an order of these coming and they are brown in the middle.  Oh no.  I may look for something else and cancel the apples.  They were always good before.

I know they were always good in previous years, I just read so many bad reviews, I figured they went down hill.  Maybe I'll get some in the spring!  LOL

Thought I'd give an update. I was a first timer ordering, and boy, was it a mistake. I gave away 2 and ate the rest with hub! lol They were delicious. Fresh, crisp apples. I think it's probably a crapshoot with fresh produce, but I'd be willing to try them again anytime. My waistline may disagree.

we received ours a few days before christmas. it was the set of ten with gift boxes (those gift boxes were too darn cute!) so far two have been eaten and three have been given away. they are DELICIOUS! i love the granny smith apple with its sour taste combined  with the sweetness of the caramel and chocolate chips. ours have been perfect.

i also gave a few boxes of mrs prindables treats that i purchased from sams club (caramels, coated pretzels assortment in a nice gift box.)
