@beckyb1012  OMG, bless you, bless you!  I hadn't heard but that's the best news I've heard all year.  I'd about given up.  How in the world did you remember that I'm a Blue Bell freak?  Thanks for letting me know.  💖

Girlfriend I have to have a bit every night or I have nightmares.  I ride my bike daily since 1985 for ice cream, so I remember my partners in crime well.  I am excited for you @Kachina624

I wish we had Blue Bell ice cream here in PA.  When we were in FL for a month last February, I saw it in the grocery store and remembered the talk on the forums on how good it was.

My DH loves ice cream and so we got some in chocolate and vanilla.  My DH went wild over it, and he went back for more.  It was really good ice cream.  I wanted to try a more adventurous flavor, but never got the chance.  Our freezer is really small and we had no room for a big box.  We purchased those small individual servings cups so we could tuck them in the freezer between everything else and they only had them in those two flavors.

You are truly lucky if you can purchase that brand where you live,

Shhhhhhh, do not tell anyone but right now there are four different flavors in my freezer.  All pint size but the one big Sugar Free.  I do the good stuff to help keep me sane.  Love the cookies n cream @Carmie

Mine have been great and a great value, IMO. Liked them so much I ordered the similar set that were on ITKWD on Sunday: 8 apples instead of 10, and no gift boxes.

Re: Anyone Get The Mrs. Prindables Apple TSV??

Great question, @Dar321. Like another customer, I did the Dec. 11th date and I'm a little nervous too. It's my first time getting them after trolling many years. Smiley Happy  They will be for gifts, but I figure that if they aren't good, it's not so much on me as it is on Mrs. Prindable's reputation. After all, everyone knows the name and expects the best. I think our gift recipients will think we wanted to get them a very nice treat and be mad at MP. Hopefully. Smiley Wink I'll keep one and see how it goes!

What is sold at Sams Club and those kind of stores is not the particular items we receive. Stick with the original maker  I don't shop big box stores.  I prefer quality over quatity.  I am the same with everything.

@Fiero Woman  I prefer making my own of every type of food item.  I don’t usually order ready made food from anywhere because it is never all that great.

I have never had a food item direct from QVC  that was enjoyable.  I guess once in awhile I get something just hoping it will be worth it.  I am usually disappointed.

And, what about the ice cream posts? As far as I know you haven’t been promoted to a forum moderator.

Did you have mean beans today?  I can see why you get along with rodents better than people.  You don’t play well with others and you are snarky.

You have had a personal problem with me since I posted that we chased flying squirrels out of our walls and blocked their entrance so that they couldn’t get back in.  You said I have a anger issue and a black heart and I hate wildlife.

I can’t really post what I really think here, but it’s over and out with you.  There can be no intelligent discussion with you.

Re: Anyone Get The Mrs. Prindables Apple TSV??

I have always made my own caramel apples for Christmas.  I made my own cinnamon pecans and used Granny Smith apples.  I usually made 8 of them.  I chopped the pecans and rolled the caramel apples in them.  Really a lot of work, but absolutely delicious.

However, last year I went into the hosp w/pneumonia on Christmas day and was there 12 days.  Second time in 6 mos.  Needless to say, I didn't get the apples made and this year decided to try Mrs. P's.  I have the ship date of 12/18 and these better be good!!  My grandkids will let me know!

Re: Anyone Get The Mrs. Prindables Apple TSV??

I'm a first time Prindables buyer too and received my shipment of the 10 large apples today.  We tried the pretzel salted caramel one and it was delish!  So far so good, haven't tried the others.  The one we try was crispy and had a nice amount of caramel, plus I used a VERY sharp knife.  I can see using a dull knife would be frustrating.  PS  My knife was a new old stock Technique QVC knife set that I had set aside a couple years ago and forgot about lol.
