I made a third kind yesterday while listening to Christmas music.  I always do two cookie sheets so one is baking while the other is cooling and getting prepared for oven again.  Then I stand at the oven window looking in and singing with the radio thinking of my grandson with a cookie in each hand and his gummy mouth smiling and chewing.  Easy peasy chore of love for me.

Getting 2 more cookie sheets and another scoop was the answer for me.  After the batter is made and the first 2 sheets are baking I am working on filling the other 2 sheets.  First 2 come out of the oven, the next 2 go in.

I don't like baking cookies---hate all the prep to get them in the oven several times for any quanities. Bar cookies are ok tho---prefer one pan baking--cupcakes , muffins are ok.

yes. only because i eat all the dough and have to make more  lol  nothing better than cookie dough

I am not one to fuss over a cookie.  Way back when We would make cut out cookies.  the tips always browned too much for my liking.  Now the only rolled cookie shape I make is round.  With wavy edges if I want to get fancy. Gotta love a biscuit cutter.   It's drop or rolled cookies for me.  I'm more of a pie girl.

Why oh why when I bake for others everything turns out perfectly...today, no matter what recipe I made just didn't turn out the way I like🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️☹️

I got disgusted and said "forget about it today!".  I was making saltinecrack toffee bars -- ugh ...terrible🤔🙄
