Anybody interested in the Next Food Network Star?

It comes on tonight at 9:00 p.m. EST. I hope they change it up some this year. Based on previous seasons, I don't know if I'll be able to watch this one all the way through to the end, but I'm going to tune in tonight to see how it goes.
