@fthunt, the cook book was launched several weeks ago, so I would assume some people have received their copies and he did a pre order as well.  I think the recipes are from his family along with celebrities, work mates, guests that were on FOX news with him, etc.  I guess his wife (and Steve) are pretty good cooks.
