Anybody Have A Kitchen/Food Tip They Want To Share???

1. Wrap celery in foil and it stays fresh forever. No more limp celery.

2. Storing bacon. Since there are only 2 of us, a lb. of bacon is just too much for us at one time, so when I get it home from the store, I separate it into individual strips, and line them on a baking sheet. Put the strips into the freezer until it hardens and then store in a freezer bag. When I'm ready to cook, just pull out the number of pieces needed.
