I'm trying a 4 - 4 1/2 lb Kansas City Prime Rib Roast for the first time to serve at Christmas Dinner. Can't find the instructions, but saw online that it should have been thawed in the refrigerator for at least 3 days...kicking myself right now!
Just took it out of the freezer and box now and I'm hoping to put it in the oven by 3pm or so tomorrow. Anyone know a safe way to do a quick thaw on this that won't jeapordize the quality?
Thanks for your responses. Merry Christmas Everyone!
