Any one here know the secret

to a perfectly rounded breadstick? mine roll out into logs fine and dandy, but, they turn square on the 2nd raising.

How do you get the shape of Olive Garden, Fazoli's ? they must have

a cast iron mold gizmo that comes down in the breadstick pan and gives them that rounded edge on both ends.

@SharkE , If you google breadstick pan , there are many options available. Maybe one of them is your answer.

@SharkE  Go here.  It tells you how to cut the bread and shape it like they do at Olive Garden.

Yes, I had one of those form baking trays for French bread - back when I played with a bread machine.  The air/ heat can circulate around it - purpose was to make French bread loaf crunchy and keep it to French loaf shape.

Re: Any one here know the secret

@SouthernBee  yeah, I've seen cornbread stick pans, baguette and french bread pans everything , but, breakstick pans.

Breadsticks need to sink down more in the slot instead of laying in a square cut pan. I've hand rolled them intp perfect logs and put in this one pan I got

that holds 10, but, think it's a little to square.

I"m convinced there's some kind of knack that I'm not getting.

I've watched youtube videos, till I'm blue in the face. I'll go to my grave trying to figure this one out. LOL
