My neighbor eats only non-processed organic food and is constantly dropping hints about my cooking habits. We have no good markets like Whole Foods here. Her latest comment is about canned vegetables, green beans in particular. I happen to LIKE canned green beans versus frozen or fresh. She says all the nutrients have been processed out. Can someone direct me to a chart comparing fresh, frozen, and canned vegetable nutrients? Is she right about the green beans? Same goes for spinach, a whole can for 1.00 or a package that makes 2 small servings for 5.00 if you buy it fresh. I just like the canned, not frozen or fresh.
