Any body watch Diners, Drive Ins and Dives? I need help with a show.

I saw a show about cooking a Boston Butt with Sofrito. They call the meat dish Pernil. The owner poked holes in the Boston Butt, then he put sofrito into the holes. Then he put it in a pan and covered it. He baked it until he could pull out the bone. It looked so good. I wanted to see if the clip was online, somewhere, but I can't figure out what show it came from. I'm thinking the show was in Miami?? The owner was Cuban or Puerto Rican?? Anybody know??
