Any Cute Ideas For A Baby Shower Dessert?

My girlfriend is having a baby shower for her daughter in law (first grandchild) and I want to make something for the shower but would like to make something that is different but I can't think of anything out ot the ordinary. She doesn't know if it is a boy or girl yet. Any help would be helpful. TIA
