Another KitchenAid stand mixer question

Is there a difference between buying one of the stand mixers at the Q vs somewhere else? I couldn't find the model number that is listed here K34708 on the KitchenAid site. I ordered the Pro model before from here, and had to sell it when we had some financial problems. Now looking to replace it, but probably going to try the tilt head instead. Thanks! Lynn
