I enjoy watching Anne on any food related show. As an instructor, she is very precise and wants to insure success. I think her professionalism shows in everything she does, and I agree that her enthusiasm makes a tremendous difference in her presentations. She is definitely a class act in my opinion.

What made me think of posting this was that she said pork butt is actually from the shoulder. Who knew? I also like the show where they compete for the exec. chef job. I havent watched the worst cooks show with her and Bobby Flay.

You are really missing a funny show if you haven't seen Anne Burrell on "Worst Cooks in America". I have never laughed so much in my life at these clueless people. My friend says its all staged, but I don't care. It"s still a riot.
