I pre ordered "Food Network Cookbook" from Amazon.com because it was waaaaaaaaaaaay cheaper than "anyplace" else and absolultely FREE shipping -- no $25 minimum required. Today I got an email telling me my Visa is being credited with .14 because of a pre order price reduction. Needless to say, "nice doin' business with you, Amazon.com. I shall return.
