Allison identified yeast extract and natural flavorings as ingredients you didn't want in your chicken broth.  Debra Murray didn't say a thing.  She also said black and plum were the only colors left in the pressure cooker. After painstakingly placing my order, black was sold out, so I ordered red.  It wouldn't take the order because I couldn't remove black from the cart.  I finally gave up and used the phone system.  They listed four colors as available including black.  I'm usually very happy with Evine, but not today.

I think she did go to cooking school, I know she wrote a cook book because Evine sells it. I am not a fan of AW and you are better off most times ordering over the phone, although I have never had a problem ordering online.

Allison comes for a family that made their living  from candies.... she has mentioned before about her degree and book.  It seems a logical path to follow when you come from an upbringing with food as a primary source of interest.  I have read  negative stuff about certain yeasts in foods.

Q site won't let me order certain stuff either with these new pages so I understand your frustration.

Allison has come a long way the past few years.  She seems to have found her niche.  She used to come across as a complete airhead.  I remember once she was selling a watch with an Invicta rep and she suddenly burst into tears and just sobbed.  He just sat there helplessly wondering what to do.  She managed to pull herself together after a couple minutes.

I once wrote a post praising her as the most improved host.  I do like her now but every once in awhile I just shake my head.  The ordering problem was Evine's.  The pressure cooker was a good price and I've got my fingers crossed, my Cook's Essentials failed after five years.
