All Day "Cooking" Day ...is it me??

I truly thought All Day Cooking Day would be a good diversion but everytime I tuned in it was VitaMix, KitchenAid Mixer, Gourmet Holiday, food & more food, some new LNL and as seen Temptations ...

not what I expected...thought maybe there would be variety than the "same ole same old stuff".

Kinda disappointing IMO. Guess it's me because the "walls are starting to close in"!!!

Ugh...I just saw a promo for 5 hours ofGourmet Holiday😳🙄

@homedecor1 No, it's not you. There's no longer much, if any, cooking on the Q "cooking" shows. They're totally repeative and boring. I haven't watched one for several years.

I am grateful for any ideas I can get when it comes to cooking. Now that so many restaurants are closed, there are a lot of new cooks and old cooks that are cooking at home. I am an old cook and always open to new ideas. Thanks QVC.

Only one Le Creuset item aired. Disappointing. I saw no new ideas or cooking techniques all day. The Vitamix and 6 qt. KA Pro stand mixer- $300.00+ is way out of budget in these times. Not even a little bit tempted.

What I looked for and did not see from L&L was a set of varying size containers that all use the same lids! I bought such a set of 6 years ago. It sold out fast and I have not seen anything similar since. I hate having to search for the right lid for those things!

Since I don't like to cook - the all day cooking programs are a no go for me. I just don't watch....very uninspiring. How many times can you sell a Vitamix?

I kind of enjoyed seeing the old time commercial selling it. I can recall seeing demos of the Vita Mix or a similar product at fairs and stores , especially early ' health food stores' . Vita mix is a great product . I owned one in the 90s and it lasted a long time . I found their customer service wonderful. But as stated by others can only stand viewing so many xs.

I always chuckle when I see the 'unique' way of cleaning it -- put detergent and water in it , run it, then rinse -- yeah-- pretty much the way to clean ANY blender. !

I agree. There wasn't anything of interest to me at all. Even the last Cooking day was pretty lame. I used to find lots of interesting items but not lately.
