I purchased one about 3 weeks ago. I figured $20. --why not? I haven't used it a lot yet . It seems to work well. I use filtered water as we have hard water.

I love steam cleaning. I own a steam mop and a Warner 'super duper' steamer , but it is bulky to use daily. This one is a nice 'doable' size. I have used it on the panels on my white cabinet that is tedious to clean and scrub with my hand having arthritis. This unit made it easy . When I get a burst of energy I am going to try it on my fiberglass tub that never seems to come clean to the point I desire. It has been worth the $ to me.
