@HonnyBrown wrote:I picked up some toasted ravioli and a meaty pizza. I didn't see anything in the middle aisle that I wanted. I got some wing sauce and wings for hubby. And, of course, a little chicken.
It wasn't an exciting grocery trip, but I got everything I wanted for next week.
@HonnyBrown where in the store are those toasted raviolis? I think I would like to try those. I want to take a look at that rotisserie on Wednesday so I'll be swinging by there next week . . . ![]()

mtc, are you becoming a Wednesday People?
The toasted ravioli are so good! They are in the bin freezer by the breads.

Yes ma'am, this week I think I am going to be a Wednesday Person! ![]()
Thanks for the ravioli navigation, I know exactly where they should be!

No problem mtc! If you see any tamales (pork or chicken) in the bin, they are well worth trying!
I'm making wings with the wing sauce for hubby today. I hope they turn out good.

I know the feeling mtc!
I made the wings for hubby on Sunday. Actually, I started them and he finished them. I looked at a recipe that said to bake them for 15 minutes, turn and finish baking them for another 15 minutes.
When I went to turn them, I realized I hadn't seasoned them. I seasoned the wings and put them back in the 450 oven. 15 minutes went by and they still weren't brown so I left them in. I asked hubby to look at them 10 minutes later, and he took over.
I'm not a wing person, but he loved them. He used about 1/3 bottle of sauce for 12 wings. He said next time he will use more.

I hope the weather is good tomorrow so I can scoot over to Aldi's. They are predicting ice storms so I may have to wait a day or two but now I really could go some wings . . . ![]()

Their canned tomatoes are awesome! Aldi's has different flavors (salsa, basil, chili, no added salt) and they taste like tomatoes.
