Air Fryer Warranty

I just got off the phone with Cook's Essential customer service.  I asked about the 60 day limited warranty and was told that is basically for defects in workmanship, but that there is a one year warranty on the air fryer and if there is ever a problem to call customer service.  She said they stand behind their products for QVC.

There were two threads with this info yesterday.  People can also return until jan 31, 2017.
