Re: Advice on yeast and flour for bread maker please

Thanks everyone for all the great advice and for sharing your preferences. Hope to be going to the grocery store soon to get all of the ingredients I need so I can make my first loaf of bread. Can't wait to inhale that wonderful aroma!!! In fact, think I'll try the delayed setting so I can wake up to that smell!

I use King Arthur Bread Flour. I recommend Saf yeast in the red & white bag. You won't be sorry. Some of these other yeasts not so good IMO.

Thank you for reminding me of SAF! I had forgotten about this brand, used to use all the time! Ordered it and just got it. Always had great bread with this brand.
