If you own a Rangemate multi-cooker the silicone inserts fit perfectly in the Ninja. If you own an Express Redi Set Go (it is a small red cooker that sits on your counter I make pizzas or omelets with mine. QVC used to sell and is on the infomercials ) that came with extra metal inserts. These fit perfectly in the Ninja also. I was thinking about what else I had in the house and these pans are an extra find. My metal inserts are a heart shaped one, a split center one for making two different kinds of omelets or mini cakes, mini-muffins, and a round flower like shaped one.

We tend to forget what is in our cupboards sometime. Hope this helps with your Ninja fun cooking.
