I  also am very disappointed and just finished sending an email to Macys CS.  My account lists my order as "cancelled" on August 29 2017- certainly not by me. I indicated that I will be hesitant to make any purchases at Macys in the future.

Can someone tell me why my new Fiestaware scratches so easily?  Mostly the cobalt and Scarlett colors.  They aren't deep scratches.  They are made by our knives.  So disappointed because my grandma had them and I always wanted a set of multi color for myself.  I know the trick of using barkeepers friend, but I don't think I should have to use it on new plates.  Thank you!  I wanted to start a new thread but for some reason I can start a new thread.
