Congratulations!  That new cake looks perfect.  I hope it tastes as good as it looks.

I just took a bite, and it was very nice.  All fluffy and cardomom-y.  

I altered the directions a bit, and did not mix the sugar into the egg whites as they directed, but folded them in last once everything else was all blended.  This was contrary to the recipe directions.  I also used lemon zest instead of lemon juice for more flavor.  

Now I can rest until my next(self-directed) baking challenge.
