Loose Lipton tea brewed in my coffee maker.

For myself, I use the gallon size Luzianne tea bags when I can get them at Sam's. Otherwise, Lipton gallon size tea bags. I only make ½ gallon with these bags, as I like my tea strong and unsweet, and tend to drink a lot of tea year-round.
Being sensitive to large amounts of caffeine, I 'de-caffeinate' these tea bags before making my iced tea.
I keep ½ gallon jugs of Aunt Bertie's Sweet Tea concentrate in the pantry for guests who like sweet tea. Aunt Bertie's is one of the best concentrates out there. We also keep several containers at the club. It keeps FOREVER without refrigeration. Have been making for club parties for over 11 years, and the sweet tea bodies think I make from scratch.
I also use it when I need a sweet tea base for some punches. Aunt Bertie's also make an unsweet tea base, but it's not sold at WalMart or Ingles.
When I travel, I take another (much more concentrated liquid unsweet tea) base with me. An airline size 3.4 oz bottle will last me several weeks, as you only use about a teaspoon to make a glass of tea. Very handy in countries outside the US where iced tea isn't common.

I use regular tea bags. Occasionally, I will use family size Luzianne or Tetley (not a fan of Lipton), but lately, I have been using Typhoo tea bags from the UK. I am very happy with its flavor.
If I am making sweet tea, I will steep in hot water (just off the boil) for five minutes, then add the sugar and chill. When making unsweetened tea, I simply cold brew the tea by adding cold water to the tea bags and letting the sit int he refrigerator for about eight hours.

I bring bottled Ito En Jasmine Green Tea (unsweetened) to work. At home I make either Mighty Leaf Organic Spring Jasmine Green tea bags with hot water and then refrigerate it or Caribou Coffee's Tropical Green Tea bags with hot water and then after it is cooled I add 1/16th (I'm not kidding) of a tsp of Pineapple Extract to the 3 cup jar. This is how they make it in the store. The Pineapple extract is so potent that you really need only 2-3 drops for a large jar.

I use regular tea bags and boil the water. I make 1/2 gallon of tea at a time (3 regular tea bags) but I just boil about 2 cups of water and let the tea steep and make a tea concentrate. Then I pour it into the pitcher and fill with cod water.
Why boil water? I think it makes a better tasting tea. The cold brews taste weak and not full-bodied enough IMHO.

Regular tea (usually PJ Tipps - a British brand) and sun brew it with lemon slices (my gran's formula).

Tea bags, brewed hot, a little sugar in the pitcher, and allowed to cool. I always have two pitchers of tea in the 'fridge and make new ones every couple of days; one with Luzianne Iced Tea Blend and the other is Tazo Zen Tea.
