That's easy:  ice cream all day

(You did say no adverse weight or health affects!)

An ideal HEALTHY day is vastly different.  But we're not talking about that kind of day.

I don't have a weight issue, but I have a swallowing issue.  As a result there are things I used to like that I can no longer swallow.  Those are what I would choose.  Spaghetti and meatballs, fettucine alfredo, popcorn, a  big juicy hamburger with all the trimmings and caesar salad would be a start.

Salad for lunch with Cheesecake Factory cheesecake. Macaroni Grille meal for dinner with as much bread as I can eat and a glass of wine.  Apple pie to help wash down the coffee after dinner roughly 7 pm.

Again, this was for fun, not a suggestion. If a plant based diet makes you happy by all means do it even in a fantasy. I am not advocating a diet of sugar, fat and salt. For me, if I eat good things 95% of the time splurging on a special occasion, unless you have health issues, all'sgood. Life is too short.

For pure fantasy:

breakfast:  a sesame bagel with cream cheese, lox and capers with good coffee

Lunch: all my favorite sushi and sashimi with hot Sake

Dinner: a seafood fest. Dungeness crab, seared scallops and seared ahi with a baked potato and a great salad. Mucho wine.

Dessert: cherry pie, good strong coffee and a snifter of gran Marnier.

Total fantasy. I could never eat all that in one day!

I'll play!

Eggs Benedict with a side of crispy, crispy bacon and tomato juice.

ItaIian sausage sub with grilled peppers and onions and heck, maybe some tiramisu for dessert.

A king-size pile of Alaskan king crab legs, cheesy potato casserole, GOOD coleslaw and garlic bread.  Chocolate mousse for dessert.

Let’s be honest. It would be wall to wall French fries, nachos, and wine.
