@sidsmom  This was meant to be a fun fantasy, not to really try.  That's why I added no weight gain or harm to your health would happen.  I certainly don't eat that stuff daily let alone in one day. Geez.

Thank you for singling me out, but I was not the only one who

would also choose not to eat the suggestions posted in the OP.

What’s lovely about my way of eating (Plant Based),

every day is a beautiful day without weight gain/health issues.

I’m sad for anyone who doesn’t experience that...to have their

nutrition give them energy & life....every.single.day!

Cheesecake for breakfast;

Ice cream for dinner.

I could have ice cream all three meals and bedtime snack. Peppermint ice cream is in the stores right now, and I’m on my second half gallon.

Fantasy...A huge tub of my homemade stuffing & a whole pumpkin pie for breakfast, lunch & dinner. Reality for dinner...A small scoop of stuffing & a sliver of pie. Conclusion...Reality stinks!

@Foolywooly11  Ok, you win.  Your lobster dinner beats my piddly steak.

since we are fantasizing breakfast would be REAL cheese blintzes made with hoop cheese, served with sour cream and strawberry preserves. french press dark coffee and some crispy hashbrowns.

lunch  roasted veggies, with seared scallops and shrimp

dinner, bbq salmon steak, steamed asparagus, ricotta stuffed jumbo shells.

dessert, fresh fruit trifle.

@sidsmom  You are right there where others whose response were similar to yours.I should have included them as well.

I am not one of the Perfect ones when it comes to eating. And I'm ok with that. I had a boss, total health nut, and he would critique everyone's lunch and how our food choices  were going to kill us.  Sadly, he died of a heart attack despite of this healthy organic food and running miles a day.

VERY similar to a few above:

Breakfast:  Eggs Benedict with fresh fruit

Lunch:  Grilled shrimp (tons of it)

Dinner:  Lobster OR medium rare steak, salad, baked potato with sour cream, cheesecake

I've never eaten all of those goodies in one day, but they are favorites for sure!

Not sure why the addition paragraph of ‘perfect eating’ and

dying in spite of it.  Has nothing to do with your original topic.

I was just responding to your post of suggested meals...which I would

never consume, regardless of what reason. The food I choose gives

me joy every day...no reason to make it a ‘fantasy’.
