I've always said 13" x 9" and have never heard anyone say 9" x 13".  I just looked up several recipes for lasagna, and they all said to use a 13" x 9" pan.

To me it sounds strange to say a 13 X 9.  I have always said 9 X 13 because that is what my mother asked me to get her when I was baking along side of her. I tend to mimic my mother's cooking and baking style still to this day!

It's all good!  🍰

13" by 9"--the other way just sounds wrong.

Three cees, the 8" x 8", or the 9" by 9"?

I've always said 9x13, as that is the way it is stated in most recipes.

But I guess I've heard Tara say 13x9 for so long it doesn't sound strange anymore.

I don't get it.  Either way it is the same pan, either put in the oven horizontally or vertically.
