She actually just said that people ordered the Locknlock TSV early and already had it and left 5 star reviews, which is untrue, to which even Chris seemed surprised by that. So in looking, all these reviews are actually opinions from when they bought last year's set, which is just wrong that you can leave reviews or opinions on anything even if you didn't buy it or buy that exact item. All of the misinformation is frustrating, so I turn it off.
